Lake Basement
A 1928 Isthmus basement made welcoming for two young boys — sealed walls, thermal-pane windows, a Dricore floor, wainscoting and trim, a moveable bookcase that hides the electrical box, a rebuilt stair with an under-stair desk, and an old coal scuttle turned into a window.
