Original 1880s trim replicated after a stained-glass insert was added, then stain-matched across the entire door — back to its old glory.

A multi-year restoration — undersized drip edge swapped for treated lumber, new fascia, siding, and corner trim, with rot addressed on all four sides.

Severe window rot fixed with complete sill and casing rebuilds, custom metal caps, new flashing and gutters, and extensive siding replacement.

With the aluminum siding gone, compromised cedar and sheathing came to light — replaced, salvaged antique windows set in, and a deteriorating wing wall restored.
